Nick Young, NASM-CPT

Nick Young is a Certified Personal Trainer, founder, and owner of Just Perform Training, LLC, located in Rocky Mount, Virginia. Nick earned his certificate in Personal Training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2019. In addition to his business, he competes in powerlifting meets throughout the state in the 82.5 KG weight class with the USA Powerlifting Federation.

Nick is a native of Rocky Mount and his business offers a wide range of services, whether a client wants to improve their general health, physique, or train for powerlifting and bodybuilding competitions. His philosophy “Never Settle. Just Perform” expresses his dedication to his clients’ physical and mental well-being.

Outside of the gym, he enjoys cooking, listening to music and spending time with his family. He is an avid collector of shoes, enjoys discussing business and finance, and is a car enthusiast. However, he is most passionate about the success of his clients, and supports them both in and out of the gym.
